Over the years, I noticed that either my camera (or maybe my technique) is picking up the finest of details. My camera and eye are catching chipped fingernail polish, lint on clothes, hair strays, etc. Most people are already anxious about looking great for their photoshoot – picking outfits for themselves or their family is daunting enough, that sometimes the little things get overlooked.
Below are just a few tips to help you prep for your session.

Should not have to say this but . . . come with freshly clean hair
In general – make up will generally photograph 2 shades lighter – so you will need more makeup, but not too much. Even if you are going for the ‘Natural’ look, apply some make up to avoid looking washed out.Some tips:
Nails are more noticeable than you think – treat yourself to a manicure and/or pedicure
